It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Glen Allen Brunner on August 6, 2016.

 Glen was born in Empress, AB on May 26, 1945 to Nicholas and Lois Brunner.  He grew up in the Caroline area where he attended school.  He became a truck driver at a young age, was married in January 1964 and had four children.  He lived in various places around Alberta, making his home mostly in Central Alberta and Claresholm, AB the last few years.

 He enjoyed the great outdoors, spending a lot of his time hunting, fishing and camping.  One of his greatest joys was classic cars.

 Glen will be sadly missed by his children Nikki (Doug) Kapalka and children Kyle and Kody;

Parker Brunner and children Tia, Melissa and Chelsea; Ray Brunner; and Angel Brunner (Brian Liscombe) and children Evan and Trey. He also leaves behind his brothers Don (Carol) Brunner and Doug Brunner.

 A Graveside Service will be held at the Innisfail Cemetery on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the Innisfail Legion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (325 Manning Road N.E. Calgary, Alberta T2E 2P5).
