Roland "Red" William Blanchard

Roland William Blanchard passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre at age 85. He was predeceased by wife Janet Blanchard, his parents and son Wayne Michael Blanchard. Roland is survived by his daughter Camille Sullivan and step-daughter Barbara Godin and her family.

Roland was a dedicated Armed Forces member who enjoyed his career and gave selflessly to the Royal Canadian Legion and Veterans. He enjoyed spending time with people, friends and family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Respecting Roland’s wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. If desired, donations in Roland’s memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 41 (P.O. Box 807, Claresholm, Alberta T0L 0T0) to be used to assist Veterans.
