Richard Howard Adams was born in Rossland, B.C. On August 16, 1944, and passed away February 2nd in the company of friends and caring staff at the Claresholm hospital. Richard was a very proud, independent and private person. He was a decent hard working man that loved to be on the open road. He was a fan of karaoke and liked to join in and was known to play the guitar and fiddle and even dance a jig on occasion.
Richard was old school and always maintained a neat appearance and a firm believer of having everything kept in an orderly manner. Some say there was a bit of a crust to Richard but he was known to give a helping hand when needed.
He had a plan of hooking up a trailer to his truck and living the life of a gypsy and was on its way until his health started to fail in the last year. The many miles traveled in solitude and the many destinations reached led to many acquaintances but took its toll in distancing family and friends.
To his remaining (although estranged) siblings and other family members as well as to all the friends he met along his travels he hopes you "have a long and healthy life and bids you a fond farewell".
