It is with great sadness that the family of Monica Johansson announce her passing.

Monica will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Gita (Russ), son Jan, grandchildren Eric, Amy, Annica, Robin, David, 6 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Thore, parents, 4 brothers& 1 sister.

Monica was born in Stockholm Sweden where Monica and Thore raised their family.

Immigrated to western Canada in 1982.

They lived in Revelstoke and Osoyoos BC before moving to Millet AB.

In 2016 Monica moved to Claresholm to be closer to family.

Monica will be remembered for her love of life, her joy, her energy, her humour, her beauty and her love of loud music in fast cars!

och smekte ömt Din trötta kind

Liksom ett ljus som blåstes ut
