Henry Norgard passed away at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre on December 31, 2017 at age 89. He is survived by his brother Jack; sisters Gladys Sutcliffe and Leona (Don) Smith; as well as several nephews, nieces and cousins. Henry was predeceased by his parents Viggo and Elna Norgard; sister and brother-in law Joan and Murray Alm; sister-in-law Donna Norgard; brother and sister-in-law Ken and Mada Norgard; niece Sherry Orge and nephew John Norgard.

Henry was a hard worker. He was employed by several farmers, a cement plant in the Crowsnest Pass and the Town of Claresholm. He was a member of the Sons of Norway for many years, loved fishing and camping, played Bingo and went on many bus trips when residing at the Porcupine Hills Lodge. He lived at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre for the past 2.5 years until his passing.

Respecting Henry’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
