Elizabeth Roxana (Rocky) Saunders

Rocky was born August 19, 1930, and peacefully passed away October 1, 2021

Rocky was born in Romania, moved to England, and settled in Western Canada. Rocky spent her last years in Granum before finally moving into the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre.

Rocky’s passion for cats and dogs was known to all. She loved feeding and caring for all of the neighbourhood cats.

Those who knew her well will remember her biggest passion was her love of music, as she was always singing and humming. Her favourite saying was “Be happy, happy”.

At Rocky’s request, there will be no formal service.
