1934 - 2019

Don Weir was born May 6, 1934 in Fort Macleod Alberta and Died October 9th 2019 at the Claresholm Regional Hospital at the age of 85.

Don was predeceased by his wife Norma, parents Lloyd and Daisy Weir, brother Matt Weir and step-son Darrell.

He is survived by his children Marie (Kevin), Dave (Kathy), Ken and Keith (Ruby), his 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and his sister Joyce Hayes (Jim).

Don worked at Canada Malting Company in Calgary for approximately 45 years and retired to Stavely Alberta where he worked as a peace officer several years.

Don's first love was hunting and fishing. He shared this love with his sons.

A Celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date.
