Daniel Peter Hughes

Daniel Peter Hughes passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Chinook Regional Hospital, Lethbridge after 17 years of health problems and spreading his sunshine and light everywhere he went. He was predeceased by his grandfathers; Lloyd Hughes & Donald Dash and uncle Peter Hughes. Daniel is lovingly remembered by his parents Scott and Shelly;  grandmothers June Dash & Rita Hughes; the Cahoon, Naylor and Harsche families for all the love and support they have given Daniel over the past 14 years; many aunts, uncles, cousins as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Daniel’s Life will be held at Willow Creek Funeral Home (4079-1st Street West, Claresholm) on Wednesday, January 31, 2018  at 1:00 PM with the Interment to follow at the Claresholm Cemetery. A lunch will be served by Sparta House at Peace Lutheran Church, 4304-2nd Street West, Claresholm following the graveside service. If desired, tributes in Daniel’s memory may be forwarded to Willow Creek Funeral Home (P.O. Box 751, Claresholm, Alberta T0L 0T0) to assist the family with the funeral expenses.
