January 5, 1953 - December 23, 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Brenda Marie Sanders on Friday December 23, 2022, in Claresholm Alberta. 

Brenda will be greatly missed by her daughter Diana, son Darren (Shannon) and grandkids Kaya and Cale. She will also be greatly missed by her sisters Donna (Gord) Schwindt, Sharon Monical and Janice Munro and her brothers Dallas Munro, Randy Munro, Brad Munro and many nephews. She will be greatly missed by her brother in law Brian (Cindy) Sanders, nephew Jeremy Sanders and many friends. Brenda was pre deceased by her husband Jim Sanders, mother & father Rose and Alan Munro and her brother Barry Munro. 

Brenda worked in mental health for many years. She started out in housekeeping then as a Rehab Practitioner and completed her career as a manager at the Claresholm Care Centre. She enjoyed baseball, basketball, camping, crocheting and spending time with her family and friends. She supported her kids with whatever they did and sports they played. She was proud of her grandkids and enjoyed watching them play hockey and listening to anything they had to tell her. 

Brenda had a big heart and always put others before herself. She was a great listener and never complained. She will be missed by all that knew her. Brenda was an amazing person. She was our rock!!

At Brenda’s request, there will be no  formal funeral service.
