Beverly Louise (Grant) Peterson

Beverly Louis Peterson, 74, of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away on April 3, 2025, at Lethbridge, Alberta.

Bev was born on March 28, 1951, in Vulcan, Alberta to Cathrine (Lucas) and Alexander Grant.

Bev was known for her fierce independent streak, an unfailing sense of perfection but most of all for her tenacity.  Bev had many varied interests, both artistic and athletic, throughout her life that brought her much fulfillment.

Bev is survived by: her daughters, Letisha Peterson (Jason Elliott), Marina Peterson (Jonathan Prugh), her grandchildren, Cathrine Peterson-Elliott, Jonathan Peterson-Elliott and Thomas Peterson-Elliott, her siblings, Don Grant (Jan), Doug Grant (Tricia), Rodger Grant (Lorea), Tom Grant (Joan), Karen Thompson (Bob) and Pat Stretz (Dave), numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her extended Lucas and Grant families.

Bev was predeceased by her parents Cathrine (Cay) Grant and Alexander (Alex) Grant.

At Bev’s request, no funeral service will be taking place. In Bev’s memory, go for a ski on a

bluebird day, a swim in a mountain lake or give your grandchildren a cuddle.

The family would like to thank the staff of Legacy Lodge, Dr. Garden, the doctors of Southgate

Medical Centre and all the medical professionals that have served Bev throughout the years in

Coaldale, Fernie and Lethbridge.
