It is with great sadness that the family of Alan (Al) Takasaki announce his passing on March 22nd, 2022.
Alan is survived by his three sons Ryan (Karla), Darren (Daelynn), Kevin and his five grandchildren Nevaeh, Mila, Alivia, Talia and Emilee; as well as his sister Joy, sister Gay (Jerry), brother Leo (Doris), sister Vivian (Jim) and many nieces and nephews. His parents, Jean and John Takasaki, and Brother Bob (Joanne) predeceased him.
Alan was born on January 30th 1947 and grew up in Picture Butte, Alberta. He then moved to Lethbridge to start his family, where he had his three sons with their mother, Arlene. He enjoyed spending time at the golf course, race track and playing pool with his close friends, including his loving friend Shirley.
Al's life will be celebrated at a private family service. In memory of Alan, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
